Provincial Banquet - Response Required

Here is the info on the Banquet:

• Thursday March 14 at 6:30pm
• Fully catered prime rib supper including mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, Caesar salad, and an ice cream bar for dessert for all the teams
• Picture Butte Minor Hockey Association will cover the cost for the players and coaches to come to supper.
• Parents and family will need to buy tickets. The cost per ticket is $15.00 for adults or kids.

They need us to send them a want list for how many tickets we would like for the banquet. They have room to for 450 people total so will try to accommodate everyone but will let us know if they're short on space (in which case it may only be coaches/players/parents and no siblings etc.) Hopefully they can fit in everyone that wants to come though. 

Can each family let me know how many tickets they would like for the banquet so I can submit our request to them.

Eg. "Severin: Player plus 2"
