See attached info regarding the Oil Kings Big League Experience on Dec. 16. We will be playing Vermilion.
Schedule:
SUNDAY DEC. 16, 2018
We will meet at 11:30 am at the Scotiabank premium entrance (on 104th Ave, west of the casino)
Starting at approximately 12:30pm, the team will receive one hour of ice at Rogers Place, including player intros, music, goal announcements and photo opportunities! We will be playing the Vermilion Atom team.
We are making reservations for a group meal afterwards - stay tuned for details.
At 4pm we’ll watch the Oil Kings take on the Kootenay Ice.
Each family is responsible for 10 tickets to the game that night at $18 each, so $180 per family.
If you're unable to sell 10 tickets, some may be purchased as vouchers which can be redeemed at a later time. Please let us know the exact number of tickets and vouchers you would like by Nov. 30, so they can be mailed to us.
We will be collecting the $180 per family later this month. There are a few other items we need to collect for (warm up shirts that were ordered, etc.) so please wait until we let you know the total amount owing before writing a cheque.
Sarah also has waiver forms that everyone will need to sign.
